Hello:) This meetup will concentrate at this time mainly on weekly evening walks. I personally walk at a fairly brisk pace. I will continue to walk at my pace and those that can match this pace would get a reasonable good cardiovascular work out. I am sure there are individuals that will walk faster and slower. Once a month, Dynamic Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre hosts the Dynamic Wellness 3K Prediction Run. Each participant must predict how fast it will take them to run or walk the 3K distance down Lakeshore and through Jack Darling Park and back.
