Trained in India, I teach occasional, pop-up classes in the Akhanda yoga style. Akhanda means "whole" or "indivisible" and classes cover the entire spectrum of yoga techniques - not just yoga asana (postures) but also pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga philosophy, meditation and mantra.
