This group is for people who like to learn, have fun & stay healthy. Tai Chi is a fun & effective way to build a healthy body and a strong mind. These classes are made possible by your contributions. The suggested after class donation is $5-$10. If you can't afford this amount please contribute by telling your friends about us. All fitness levels are welcome and no previous experience is necessary.
We are a group of taiji (tai chi) enthusiasts who together practice Traditional Chen Style Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan), under the tutelage of Master Wang Hai Jun, whom we host three times a year. Between his visits, Marc and Leslie , senior students of WHJ, lead classes providing detailed instruction in the principles and practice of Chen Taiji. Body Back is an eight week results based workout/meal plan program designed specifically for moms of all ages! Program includes before and after assesments, two HIIT (high intensity, interval training)workouts per week (no kids) in the beautiful outdoors, full meal plan and food diary, online coaching/support group and Mama Wants workout video series to use at home.
